Job summary

RetailData LLC is hiring part-time Field Representatives in the Waco, Texas area. You’ll support retail projects, complete assignments on time, and receive a guaranteed minimum with upside based on productivity, plus benefits like mileage reimbursement and 401k with match.

This role emphasizes flexible schedules and an emphasis on accountability, respect, and trust while supporting essential business operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store refrigerated/freezer aisles.

Responsibilities

• Execute field assignments at retail locations in your area.
• Meet productivity targets with guaranteed minimum compensation and upside as performance increases.
• Coordinate with the team to manage drive time and mileage reimbursements.
