RDSolutions is hiring part-time Field Representatives in Madison, Wisconsin. This essential role supports field projects at local grocery stores with flexible schedules and a guaranteed minimum compensation plus upside as you grow.

Requirements include being 18+, a high school diploma or equivalent, a smartphone with the company pricing app, a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in cold store aisles.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Smartphone with company pricing app and ability to receive assignments.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation.
• Reliable to start/finish assignments on time with attention to detail.
• Ability to stand during shifts and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures in grocery store aisles.

Responsibilities

• Complete field assignments at assigned locations in a timely manner.
• Use the company pricing app to receive and report tasks.
• Travel to local grocery store locations as needed.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
