RDSolutions is hiring immediately for part-time Field Representatives. You will collect items in grocery store aisles, stand for extended periods, and must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Roles include driving, lifting up to 40 pounds, and working in cold store environments. The position offers a comprehensive training program, a guaranteed minimum with upside, identity theft protection, and a 401k with match.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Smartphone with ability to download company pricing app and collect work assignments.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and valid automobile insurance.
• Reliability to start and finish assignments on time with the detail needed to satisfy the project criteria.
• Ability to stand throughout the work shift and lift up to 40 pounds intermittently.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures associated with grocery store refrigerator and freezer cases.
