Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, data, or related field; MSc or certifications preferred.
• 3–5 years in risk management, data governance, or regulatory oversight in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and regulatory expectations.
• Ability to analyze complex data, influence stakeholders, and communicate across audiences.
• Experience in governance, reporting, and audit or regulatory engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of data governance framework and controls.
• Provide independent oversight and effective challenge across data management and regulatory analytics.
• Identify emerging risks and escalate mitigating actions as appropriate.
• Develop and manage governance, risk, and regulatory reporting for stakeholders.
• Advise partners on framework implementation and drive training to promote adoption.
