Qualifications

• Three (3) years of relevant professional experience; healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field; in lieu of degree, six (6) years of experience.
• Proven project management skills with adherence to deadlines and processes.
• Knowledge of technology and technical tools to support workflows.
• Ability to collaborate with clients and work independently on complex tasks.
• Advanced MS Office Suite and strong organizational, documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains processes for managing requests, tracking progress, and communicating status updates.
• Analyzes data and delivers insights using reporting tools to support decisions.
• Gathers requirements and clarifies business needs to align project objectives.
• Acts as primary liaison between the team and clients, providing regular updates.
• Details data request specifications to aid clarity and completion.
• Escalates requests to expedite delivery with key parties.
• Keeps detailed records of discussions, meetings, and emails.
• Monitors turnaround times and discusses improvements with leadership.
