Job summary

Replications, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Data Specialist for DYCD-funded after-school programs. You will maintain enrollment, attendance, and program data; enter information in DYCD Connect and TransAct; generate reports; and ensure timely submission of data and reports.

The role reports to Regional Program Managers and requires strong Microsoft Office skills, organization, and reliability in a fast-paced environment at Brooklyn and Bronx sites.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of database experience preferred; familiarity with DYCD Connect is a plus.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills with attention to accuracy.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Enroll participants into required databases in a timely manner.
• Enter program schedules and label activities in databases.
• Create and maintain class rosters and attendance sheets.
• Update participant attendance weekly in required systems.
• Support program leadership with reporting and data quality.
