Job summary

TalentQ Solutions is hiring a detail-oriented MIS Executive with at least 6 months of experience in any industry. The role focuses on data reporting, analysis, and dashboard preparation to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

The candidate will prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, perform data validation, analyze data for insights, and maintain Excel-based dashboards, coordinating with internal teams and automating simple reports where possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 Year experience in MIS / Data / Reporting (any industry)
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, Formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF), Basic charts
• Basic understanding of data handling and reporting

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports with high accuracy
• Perform data validation and quality checks before report submission
• Analyze data and share basic insights and trends
• Create and maintain reports/dashboards in Excel
• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and reporting needs
• Automate simple reports using Excel formulas
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Support ad-hoc reporting requirements
