Job summary

Hardwick Tactical Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, organize, and process data from all departments, identify trends, and prepare clear reports to guide decision-making.

You will review data for accuracy, build dashboards in Power BI, and collaborate with teams to understand reporting needs while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Education or training in Business Administration, IS, Accounting, or Data Analytics; equivalent experience considered.
• Excel expertise with formulas, pivot tables, and charts.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot to support daily work.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and cross-department collaboration.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical thinking.


• Knowledge of AI tools, such as ChatGPT and/or Microsoft Copilot, to support daily work.


• Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly.

Experience Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in data entry, data processing, reporting, or a related role.


• Experience reviewing data for accuracy and preparing reports.
