Job summary

Broward College Foundation, Inc. is seeking an Analyst to support Institutional, State and Federal Reporting by designing and producing data-driven reports.

The role requires gathering requirements, verifying data, and delivering end-user reports while ensuring data integrity and security compliance. The position is temporary through June 30, 2027, with a minimum of an Associate's Degree and at least two years in technology support focusing on data analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Two years in technology support including data analysis, statistical analysis in related field and/or designing programs to enhance the current system.
• Experience with data privacy and security regulations in reporting.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops and creates reports, documentation, and related materials outlining research results; evaluate, organize, verify and extrapolate data to ensure accuracy.
• Maintains databases, updates records, and implements required system changes; researches trends to enhance reporting structures.
• Troubleshoots problems and discrepancies; communicates findings to management and recommends corrections.
• Acts as liaison for system issues; reports results to management and staff; suggests improvements.
• Analyzes data using appropriate software tools to verify and compile information from multiple sources.
• Assists in developing procedures for data processing and trains staff on deploying reports and updates.
• Identifies information access controls to stay compliant with privacy and security regulations and sets up appropriate access.
