Enrollment Management’s Student Financial Aid is seeking a Data Reporting Analyst to transform complex student and financial aid data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. In this highly collaborative role, you will leverage PeopleSoft/Catalyst and advanced reporting tools to develop innovative reporting solutions, dashboards, analytics, and automated processes that support critical university functions.
As a key member of the team, you will partner with Financial Aid, Information Technology Services, Institutional Research, Enrollment Management, and other university stakeholders to ensure data integrity, enhance business processes, and deliver accurate, actionable information. You will play a vital role in financial aid reporting, compliance monitoring, system enhancements, audits, and institutional reporting initiatives while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and business intelligence solutions.
The ideal candidate is a skilled analytical problem solver with strong technical expertise, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and the ability to translate business needs into impactful reporting and data solutions. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant contribution to student success and institutional effectiveness through the power of data. This is a hybrid position combining remote work with regular on-campus collaboration to support departmental operations, testing activities, and university initiatives.
