Job summary

Software Resources in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Staff IT Analyst I to join a team supporting Large Financial Institution readiness. You will gather, analyze, and report on key business data and become a SME in Reg YY after hands-on learning FR 2052a, FR Y-14, FR Y-15, and related rules.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop requirements, validate data, and create visualizations that communicate insights, while working 4 days onsite and Fridays remote.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
• Proficient with data analysis tools like SQL and Excel; able to handle large datasets.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization.
• Willingness to learn Reg YY (FR 2052a, FR Y-14, FR Y-15) and related regulations.
• Collaborates well across teams and manages multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and report on key business data for LFI readiness.
