Job summary

Software Resources is seeking a Business Data Analyst – LFI, Data Governance for a major Phoenix employer. You will gather, analyze, and report on key business data to support LFI readiness and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes data quality, FR 2052a, FR Y-14, and FR Y-15 knowledge, collaborating with teams to develop, test, and execute data for LFI readiness. 4 days onsite with Friday remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of data analysis experience with strong regulatory awareness.
• Experience with data visualization platforms and large datasets.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and report on key business data to support LFI readiness.
• Develop data requirements and validate data accuracy for FR regulations.
• Perform UAT and ensure data integrity across reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with teams to refine requirements and resolve issues.
• Create data visualizations communicating key metrics effectively.
