Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have resided in the United States for at least three of the last five years or worked for the U.S. in a foreign country as an employee or contractor in a federal or military capacity for at least three of the last five years.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• POV ownership is required.
• Top Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Work within the Standard Operating Procedure for organizing physical files.
• Establish or maintain physical files with proper document placement.
• Disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Perform word processing tasks.
• Perform data entry and metadata entry for electronic documents.
• Reconcile inconsistencies.
• Gather information and organize investigative packages or case files.
• Obtain information from other agencies or databases.
• Verify information and files against the tracking system.
• Maintain internal status information on document disposition.
• Distribute and receive documents.
• Assist analysts or government officials in obtaining documents to complete case files.
• Provide information to other agencies about the case or files.
• Other duties as assigned.
