Role Overview

The Cloud Professional Services (PSO) organization is expanding, focusing on customer migrations that require operational and administrative support. The Data Quality Specialist will handle operations, reporting, and partner data management in FinancialForce (ERP), emphasizing visibility on project delivery, revenue, and partner effort. The role demands attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high-volume, evolving assignments.

Responsibilities
  1. Prepare quotes, contracts, and RFP/RFI responses
  2. Maintain quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations
  3. Support sales teams with demonstration tools and applications
  4. Work across data sources and systems to produce outcomes with some variability
  5. Exercise independent judgment in decision-making
  6. Develop and deliver sales presentations and training
  7. Stay updated on company activities and industry trends
  8. Follow up on opportunities and inquiries
  9. Assist customers via phone, email, or chat, diagnosing and researching product or service issues
  10. Troubleshoot problems and explain product or service issues to customers
  11. Identify and summarize complex issues for management review
  12. Collaborate with teams and report to Support Manager
Qualifications
  • Experience with Google Sheets
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external partners
  • Experience in administrative tasks, organization, prioritization, and meeting quotas
  • Ability to critically address customer and client issues
  • Customer-focused communication skills
  • Ability to follow scripts and processes according to contractual agreements
  • Aptitude to learn new technology and data
  • Experience with MS programs and Salesforce
  • Attention to detail, especially in repetitive tasks
  • Strong data entry and monitoring skills
  • Proficiency in Excel

The salary range for this role is $14.76 - $18.94 hourly, plus performance incentives. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and holidays. The position is posted until 05/12/2025, located in TX, USA, with a work-from-home option. This is a full-time role.

Physical & mental requirements include operating computers and office equipment in a sedentary setting.
