Job summary

Caplight Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Data Operations Lead to bridge markets, engineering, and sales. You will own data integrity, coverage, and QA—running analysis, fielding client data requests, and guaranteeing dataset reliability end to end.

This in-person, San Francisco–based role requires partnering with design and sales to present data clearly and turn quality into a competitive advantage for customers. Equity is offered, with a full-time, in-office schedule.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product or data operations with end-to-end ownership.
• Fluency in funding rounds, cap tables, and investor data in private markets.
• Ability to design workflows with engineers and scale operations with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Own data quality end to end for Caplight's data assets and datasets.
• Design data pipes by defining standards, metrics, and SLAs.
• Collaborate with engineering on ingestion, validation, and review workflows.
• Work with Design and Sales to surface data clearly and enable customer value.
