We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Quality Specialist to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of critical data. The role involves working with pharma datasets, including Specialty Pharmacy (SP) data, IQVIA datasets LAAD, XPO, and SOB. Responsibilities include analyzing datasets, identifying data issues, collaborating with teams to resolve discrepancies, and maintaining high-quality datasets for informed decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct detailed data analysis to identify inconsistencies, anomalies, and errors in pharmaceutical datasets.
2. Work extensively with Specialty Pharmacy data, IQVIA datasets LAAD, XPO, and SOB.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to highlight issues and escalate data discrepancies.
4. Follow up proactively with stakeholders to resolve data quality issues promptly.
5. Establish and maintain data quality standards and best practices for ongoing monitoring.
6. Generate data validation reports and present findings to internal teams.
7. Create documentation for data quality processes and improvements.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Extensive experience in data quality or data analysis within the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
• Strong familiarity with Specialty Pharmacy data, especially LAAD, XPO, and SOB datasets from IQVIA.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus.
