Brown & Brown is seeking a Data/QA Specialist to join our growing team Employee Benefits Technology team!

In this role, the Data/QA Specialist will be responsible for auditing, manipulating, and uploading client data throughout the implementation of benefits websites for new and existing clients. This teammate will also assist with the final testing and quality assurance of low to moderate complexity builds before going live. Additionally, this teammate will be responsible for project managing new EDI file implementations which will include coordinating timelines, gathering requirements, and assist with data discrepancy resolution to ensure accurate files are delivered.

How You Will Contribute:

  • Work on low to moderate complexity (or greater) client projects.
  • Collaborate with senior teammates to manage and coordinate the EDI/file integration projects relating to new site implementations and renewals.
  • Audit and upload data for low to moderately (or greater) complex new client website implementations or on an ongoing basis for existing clients.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource in client meetings, as needed.
  • Assist with providing guidance on the development of SOPs and provide SOP process improvement considerations based on an aligned platform.
  • Participate and assist in delivering training opportunities to remain current on industry information, new product development, and legislation.

Skills & Experience to Be Successful:

  • Minimum education required: Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years of applicable software implementation experience
  • Ability to readily learn and apply new information/concepts
  • Intermediate knowledge of benefits administration software implementation, ideally obtained through a service provider or mid to large market reseller
  • Ability to travel for work if requested (Less than 5% of the time)
  • Exceptional telephone demeanor, professional approach to problem-solving
  • Attention to detail and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines

Total Rewards Compensation:

  • Performance-based Bonus

Pay Range

$55,000 - $65,000 Annual

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
