Job summary

Creative Artists Agency (CAA) seeks an accomplished information security professional to design, implement, and manage data protection solutions across SaaS, cloud, and in‑house apps. You will protect structured and unstructured data, integrate controls with SIEM/EDR, and drive risk assessment with cross‑functional teams.

The role emphasizes Microsoft Purview, DLP policies, and data security in a hybrid Nashville environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in Information Technology
• At least 3 years in data protection or information security engineering
• Experience with enterprise data environments and cross‑functional teams
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISA/CISM or MS Information Protection preferred
• Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations and security frameworks
• Hands‑on with data security tech like Purview, DLP and cloud security

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan for managing structured and unstructured data across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with technology teams to implement Microsoft Purview solutions and DLP.
• Configure and manage data protection controls with SIEM/EDR and ServiceNow/Jira.
• Lead data lifecycle management and information protection initiatives.
• Perform data discovery, classification and risk assessment across repositories.
• Provide security metrics to IRM leadership on control effectiveness.
• Ensure secure configuration of data protection solutions and workflows.
