You will oversee product strategy, cross‑functional delivery, and business transformation, shaping the function's operating model and ensuring adoption, impact, and measurable value.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, technical program management, software delivery, or related roles, with leadership of cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated software product delivery across discovery, requirements, architecture, design, testing, deployment and production support.
• Strong product discovery, roadmap, prioritization, dependency, risk, budget, vendor, release and outcome management skills.
• Working knowledge of data platforms, analytics, ML, APIs, automation and responsible production use controls.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows, drive adoption, influence without authority and link delivery to business value.
• Executive communication: frame decisions, report progress and tradeoffs to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own product outcomes with stakeholders to define users, decisions, problems, requirements and roadmaps grounded in value.
• Lead software delivery across the full lifecycle using agile or hybrid methods.
• Translate enterprise priorities into sequenced plans, milestones, dependencies, capacity, and investment choices.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across publishing, commercial, operations, finance, engineering, analytics and security.
• Manage delivery rigor: plans, risks, budgets, vendors, release readiness and escalation of tradeoffs.
• Design for adoption: map workflows, involve users, lead pilots, and establish post-launch support.
• Guide responsible data and AI products with privacy, security and explainability requirements.
• Measure value: monitor adoption and business outcomes to refine strategy.
