Job summary

Simmons Bank is seeking a Senior Data & AI Tech Product Lead to shape and guide the Data and AI product portfolio across the enterprise. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, aligning investments with objectives and delivering measurable value.

You will own roadmaps, manage intake, and partner with Data & AI Engineering to drive adoption, governance, and strategy across the organization.

Qualifications

BS/BA degree and 5+ years relevant experience.
Strong understanding of product management practices, methodologies, and lifecycle management.
Experience identifying AI use cases that create measurable business value.

Responsibilities

Establish and lead the enterprise Data & AI Product Management framework with governance and value realization processes.
Define intake and demand management, prioritizing initiatives aligned to strategic objectives and business value.
Define and maintain Data & AI product strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities.
Champion Data-as-a-Product with clear ownership, quality standards, and lifecycle governance.
Own the AI product portfolio lifecycle from opportunity to retirement and adoption.
Develop business cases, KPIs, adoption measures, and value realization frameworks.
Translate business needs into prioritized product backlogs and delivery plans.
Lead stakeholder engagement across units to drive alignment and adoption.
Evaluate AI technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for future investment.
Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, and Governance to meet regulatory requirements.
Develop executive communications and reporting to support decision-making.
