Job summary

Bikeleasing Group seeks a Team Lead Data Products & Analytics to turn data into business value and shape the analytics roadmap. You will lead Analytics Engineers and Analysts and connect strategic data requirements with operational excellence.

You will collaborate with the Head of Data and cross-functional peers across Marketing, Sales and Product, driving KPI definitions, self-service dashboards, semantic layers, and AI-related data products.

Qualifications

• Several years in analytics or BI and have led a team or teams
• Think in stakeholder value and know when a request should be prioritised, reshaped, or declined
• Able to work with engineers and non-technical stakeholders alike
• Strong prioritisation and ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Lead Analytics Engineers and Analysts and actively support each person's career development
• Own the team backlog: prioritise stakeholder requests, protect team capacity, and communicate decisions transparently
• Drive the quality and evolution of our data products—from KPI definitions to self-service dashboards and semantic layers
• Build lean processes for refinement, planning, and delivery with low overhead
• Work closely with the Head of Data and other peers, translating priorities into concrete team goals and aligning with Marketing, Sales and Product
