Job summary

State Street is seeking a senior IT Operations leader to own platforms in the Front Office, manage major incidents, and drive end-to-end ITSM across data, cloud, and application support. You will work with business clients to understand issues and lead regional resources.

This role requires regulatory and audit readiness, crafting SOPs, training staff, and delivering metrics on availability, MTTR and production change readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience with PL/SQL and database concepts.
• Working knowledge of Autosys.
• Strong Unix/Linux skills including shell scripting.
• General understanding of Windows.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own incident management including major incidents and P1/P2 escalations.
• Lead regional teams and oversee resources.
• Create SOPs and training materials.
• Train and onboard new staff.
• Ensure platforms are client-visible, revenue-impacting, and audit-ready.
• Oversee end-to-end ITSM across critical platforms.
• Drive AI-enabled incident triage and automation of L2/L3 workflows.
• Maintain production readiness, change governance, and metrics.
