Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Data Product Owner (Strategy Lead) to define data domain strategies and drive end-to-end data flow across multiple projects. You will coordinate with business and technology teams to align governance, data modernization, cloud migration, and AI initiatives.

You will lead strategic roadmaps, collaborate with Enterprise Architects, and ensure compliant, reusable data patterns while enabling timely, high-value delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of applicable experience in data/product roles.
• Strong interest in data-driven products and regulated environments.
• Exposure to banking, payments, or financial services is advantageous.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable solutions.
• Strong communication for stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Generates the vision and roadmap for the product aligned with business/tech strategy.
• Communicates the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and the team.
