Job summary

BOK Financial Corporation, headquartered in Tulsa, is seeking a Data Product Owner for Credit Administration to shape data products driving insights and strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define vision, strategy, and roadmap, leading development and deployment while ensuring governance and compliance across data assets. This role emphasizes leadership, communication, and analytical problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business or related field and a minimum of 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in data products, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong SQL, Python, and data visualization tooling experience.
• Demonstrated Product Management ability including utilizing an agile framework to lead a team in the delivery of data products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the roadmap for data products.
• Gather requirements and define product features in partnership with stakeholders.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business needs and customer input.
• Guide the development, testing, and deployment of data products.
• Monitor performance, user feedback, and compliance to ensure continual improvement and adherence to standards.
