Job summary

Job Description

The Data Product Owner will lead the development and management of Enterprise or Derived data products that drive business insights and strategic decision‑making. This role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Education & Experience Requirements

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business or a related field and a minimum of 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in data products, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Highly developed SQL skills and experience with Python and reporting technologies (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • An understanding of data governance and master data management and their role in data integrity and mastered data products.
  • Demonstrated Product Management ability including utilizing an agile framework to lead a team in the delivery of data products.
  • Excellent leadership skills including alignment with BOKF core values. Proven ability to manage priorities across business units and lines of authority.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills used across all levels of an organization. Ability to build strong business and team partnerships is essential.
  • Proven track record of successfully supporting and managing projects with business leaders, including financial acumen.
  • Advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills; must be able to independently solve complex problems and identify solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with strong aptitude to collect and analyze complex problems that include interrelationships and dependencies in order to formulate effective solutions.
  • Experience developing joint solutions and/or completing data integrations with external partners.
  • Proven ability to balance multiple competing priorities and make judgment calls based on objective information.
