Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years delivering data, analytics, or BI products.
• Proven success leading Agile/Scrum teams, potentially more than one simultaneously.
• Experience end-to-end with data products from source to consumption; healthcare background preferred.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and master data initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for outcome-based data solutions.
• Lead multiple scrum teams with backlog grooming, sprint planning, and blockers.
• Align analytics outcomes with business goals under guidance from BI and Technical PMs.
• Translate stakeholder goals into clearly defined problems and acceptance criteria.
• Choose delivery approaches (Tableau, Snowflake Cortex, Python/Streamlit) by outcome.
• Leverage AI and modern tooling to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and iteration.
• Build reusable components and a governed semantic model for self-service solutions.
• Establish self-service enablement with docs, patterns, and guardrails.
• Partner with Product leaders to ensure alignment on priorities and delivery.
