Job summary

TechWish is seeking a Data Product Leader to define and drive the vision for data products, including data platforms and analytics tools. You will lead cross‑functional teams across data engineering, analytics, and business units to translate complex data needs into scalable products.

You will own end‑to‑end product development, ensure data quality and governance, and partner with stakeholders to measure impact through dashboards and KPIs.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in data management, analytics, or data engineering.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for data products and align with organizational priorities.
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of data products from requirements to launch and iteration.
• Partner with data engineers and data scientists to build scalable pipelines, models, and data services with quality and governance.
• Translate business logic into data transformations, metadata, and domain-specific rules.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Minnesota IT Services (MNIT) and DCYF, communicating value and roadmap to leadership.
• Define success metrics and measure product performance and adoption; design dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Uphold data governance, privacy, and ethical AI standards; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide knowledge transfer to teams and stakeholders.
