Job summary

The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Manager of Data Product Management within Disney Experiences Technology. You will lead a team delivering high-value data products that drive AI/ML initiatives and data-driven decisions across the business.

You will shape strategy and roadmaps, collaborating with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and governed data platforms built on Snowflake, dbt, AWS Lambda, and Kinesis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of related work experience.
• Proven ability to lead data product teams and align data strategy with business goals.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of Data Product Managers and Lead Product Managers.
• Define data product strategy and roadmap with domain-driven design.
• Provide architectural guidance for a Snowflake/dbt/AWS data platform.
• Oversee data governance, incident response, and cost optimization.
• Partner with vendors and stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product Management.
• Advance AI/ML data readiness and feature engineering support.
