Job summary

Veeva Systems is a mission-driven SaaS company transforming the life sciences industry. The role leads cross-functional initiatives to elevate our data product, spanning collection, quality improvement, and visualization of Key Opinion Leader (KOL) data.

You will bridge Data/Software teams and customers to make data actionable. You will coordinate requirements, drive development with Data and Software PMs, and ensure data quality and effective UI presentation, while supporting customer-facing

Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience in data/software product development.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
Attention to detail and a fast learner with a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

Translate customer needs into development initiatives and drive/ coordinate them.
Collaborate cross-functionally with customer-facing teams, PMs, and development teams.
Ensure data is built with high quality and presented effectively in the UI.
Work with colleagues to stay challenged and push product development with Data and Software PMs.
Develop requirements and feature specifications for data products.
Support customer-facing teams with data and product questions.
Suggest improvements and new features based on customer needs.
Monitor data quality and identify new ways to measure it.
Coordinate and communicate across multiple teams and functions.
