The Gorilla Glue Company seeks a Manager, Data Products & Governance to lead the enterprise data product portfolio, master data management, and data governance with AI enablement. This role guides three specialists and partners across IT, Legal, HR, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to translate policy into practice.
You will build standards, drive governance forums, and deliver measurable improvements in data quality, consistency, and responsible AI usage while coaching a high-performing
Competenze
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 7+ years of combined experience across data governance, MDM, enterprise data management, data product management, analytics, or data architecture.
Mansioni
- Lead the enterprise data governance framework, operating model, policies, standards, and procedures.
- Partner with Legal & IT Security to apply data classification, access, retention, and data-sharing standards.
- Ensure priority data products have ownership, quality, documentation, access, and controls for AI and analytics.
