Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is seeking an Internal Tools & Data Product Analyst to partner with business teams in San Francisco to identify where manual work, inconsistent data, or missing tooling slows progress and to help turn those findings into shipped fixes.

You will define metric meanings, help create live dashboards, and triage and prioritize a backlog of tool requests, including lightweight scripting or AI-assisted coding where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience in early-career product, business operations, analytics, or technical program management.
• Comfort working directly with data, spreadsheets, and lightweight tooling including SQL and no-code platforms.
• Some exposure to designing a workflow or tool from the end-user perspective.

Responsibilities

• Define what key metrics mean and establish a single trusted source per metric.
• Turn manual reporting into live, self-serve dashboards for executives.
• Help prioritize reports/metrics for automation based on impact and effort.
• Identify manual, spreadsheet-driven work to automate end-to-end.
• Scope fixes and write engineering-ready specs for tooling projects.
• Document opportunities where AI or automation could replace manual coordination.
