Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is a leader in AI cloud infrastructure serving tens of thousands of customers. This role exists to close the gap between manual reporting and self-serve data products, turning workflows and tool requests into shipped fixes that save time.

You’ll partner with business teams to define metrics, prioritize automation, and write clear specs for engineering partners to convert insights into action.

Qualifications

• Early-career product, business operations, analytics, or technical program management experience
• Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and lightweight tooling (SQL, no-code platforms, AI coding assistants)
• Exposure to designing a workflow or tool from the end user's point of view
• A track record of shipping a tool, a process fix, or an internal script
