Responsibilities

• Assist with intake, documentation, prioritization, and tracking of data product requests and enhancement opportunities.
• Support backlog management, sprint planning, release tracking, and agile delivery activities.
• Conduct data analysis and exploratory research to identify trends, insights, and support product decisions.
• Help maintain product documentation, Confluence pages, JIRA work items, dashboards, scorecards, and roadmaps.
• Partner with product managers, engineers, analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and improve data products.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), data validation, and quality assurance activities.
• Monitor data product usage, adoption, and performance metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Document business processes, data definitions, workflows, and user feedback.
• Support the creation of dashboards, reports, and product performance scorecards that communicate business value and usage trends.
• Participate in stakeholder interviews, workshops, and product discovery sessions to understand user needs and business objectives.

As a Data Product Analyst Intern, you will support the Data Products team in advancing our portfolio of data solutions and enabling business value through data, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities.

Duties & Responsibilities

Requirements

Requirements:

• Must be a current undergraduate, graduate or advanced degree student in good academic standing
• Student must be enrolled at an accredited college or university for the duration of the internship/co-op
• Overall cumulative minimum GPA from last completed quarter/semester 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale) preferred
• Major or minor in related field of internship/co-op
• Undergraduate students must have completed at least 12 credit hours at current college or university
• Graduate and advanced degree students must have completed at least 9 credit hours at current college or university

Desired Experience, Skills and Abilities:

• Pursuing a degree in Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or similar tools preferred.
