Job summary

The Connective, a Houston-based nonprofit, seeks a Data and Product Analyst to clean and analyze program data, visualize trends for partners, and support Salesforce CRM administration and product development. The role emphasizes data quality, storytelling with data, and collaboration across teams.

You will build dashboards in Tableau or Power BI, create geospatial visuals, and help shape program strategy while maintaining secure data practices and serving community needs.

Qualifications

• Experience mining and analyzing Salesforce data to inform dashboards.
• Proficiency with Tableau or Power BI for dashboards.
• Advanced Excel for complex analyses.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in nonprofit or social services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean, join, and consolidate Connective's program data from multiple sources; perform quantitative analysis to inform strategy.
• Build geospatial maps and visualize data for partners and community members.
• Support Salesforce CRM administration and product development needs.
• Create dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI.
• Provide data validation and quality assurance across large datasets.
• Communicate insights to executive-level partners and stakeholders.
