SupportNinja is seeking a Data Processor to collect, clean, and maintain data across systems. This remote Philippines role runs 9pm–6am Manila time, full-time, with BYOD and a focus on data quality.

You will collaborate with teams, meet KPIs, and continuously improve processes. Requirements include at least 1 year of data-entry experience, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Proficient with computers and data processing tools

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, and process sets of basic data from various sources
• Validate the accuracy and completeness of the structured datasets
• Maintain data integrity and security
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs
• Continuously improve knowledge of products, services, and processes by participating in training programs and continuous learning modules
• Collaborate with other departments as needed to resolve customer issues
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and colleagues at all times
• Perform other duties as assigned
