Job summary
Lineage is seeking a detail-oriented systems support professional to create and manage in-house production schedules across multiple facilities in California. The role involves maintaining computers, scanners, printers, and related equipment while ensuring accurate inventory and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have 1 year of systems support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Requires high school diploma or GED.
- 1 year of systems support experience or equivalent training.
- Knowledge of operating systems, networks, printer/scanner setup, and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement in-house production schedules.
- Prepare daily reports and verify printing and storage of department reports.
- Maintain hardware and software equipment (computers, scanners, printers).
- Maintain inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy.
- Provide excellent customer service across multiple facilities.
