Qualifications

• Must be in current position for at least 6 months.
• Experience handling customer orders and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Upload and verify customer orders to ensure accuracy before picking.
• Read and edit customer orders as needed in AS400.
• Call customers with questions or problems and follow up on trends.
• Support sales with price books and shelf tags.
• Maintain inventory and repair logs for Cipher Units.
