The Denver, Colorado office of Hall Booth Smith, P.C. (HBS) is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Data Privacy and Cybersecurity practice.

The ideal candidate will bring 2-4 years of litigation experience in data privacy and technology, and must be active in the Colorado Bar. The role offers a collaborative environment, opportunities to work alongside experienced litigators, and a path to develop case strategy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years' experience in data privacy and technology litigation and data privacy compliance.
• Active membership in good standing with the Colorado Bar.

Responsibilities

• Represent and defend clients in hearings, trials, and depositions regarding data privacy and technology litigation matters
• Counsel clients on compliance and data privacy laws, and communicate with clients on cases, providing updates and comprehensive legal advice
• Draft and negotiate data privacy agreements and data security policies
