BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Privacy and Cybersecurity Litigation Associate for its New York City office. The role involves complex data privacy and security litigation, arbitrations, and regulatory investigations across industries.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of relevant litigation experience, is admitted to the California bar, and demonstrates strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills along with sharp analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Admitted to and in good standing with the California bar.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Engage in privacy, cybersecurity, and consumer protection litigation in state and federal courts, including class actions.
• Defend claims under statutes such as CCPA/CPRA, TCPA, CIPA/ECPA, CMIA, CEMA, COPPA, BIPA, and/or FCRA.
• Participate in regulatory investigations or enforcement actions.
• Contribute to security incident response efforts.
• Collaborate directly with clients and manage fast-paced matters with multiple stakeholders.
