Qualifications

• 3–7 years of litigation experience focused on privacy and class action defense.
• J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited law school.
• Must be admitted or eligible to waive into the Colorado Bar; California Bar a plus; AmLaw 100 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of privacy and data security litigation.
• Develop strategies for consumer class actions, including Article III and Rule 12(b)(6) motions.
• Advise on state and federal privacy laws (e.g., BIPA, FCRA, FACTA).
• Maintain high-level project management and communication standards in a fast-paced environment.
