Qualifications

• 3–4 years’ PQE in private practice, in-house, or both.
• Experience advising on data protection and privacy across territories.
• Multinational media/entertainment experience preferred but not essential.
• Clear communicator capable of explaining legal concepts to non-lawyers.

Responsibilities

• Advise on data protection and privacy across the company, clients, employees and partners.
• Lead privacy workflows across US and Europe with cross-functional teams.
• Draft and negotiate data processing and data-sharing agreements.
• Evaluate risks of third-party software and systems providers.
• Develop internal governance, training materials and privacy policies.
• Support corporate legal matters including supplier/vendor agreements and M&A.
• Collaborate with General Counsel and Chief Information Security Officer.
