Job summary

Martin Inc. in Florence, AL is seeking a Data Coordinator to manage procurement and pricing data. You will analyze pricing data, update pricing databases, and ensure the accuracy of purchasing information.

You will collaborate with the purchasing team to monitor supplier performance and market trends, and support pricing decisions. Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with data management and ERP software are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office & Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Suppliers to ensure accuracy of supplier cost.
• Update supplier price files within the system.
• Work with Purchasing to eliminate supplier cost discrepancies on purchase orders.
• Communicate cost changes to all impacted parties.
• Create reports of pending pricing changes.
• Importing and exporting data into our ERP system.
• Analyze line performance, supplier pricing, impact analysis, and competitive bids.
