Job summary

CentralReach in Holmdel, New Jersey, is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to own reliable deployment and daily operation of cloud infrastructure and data-platform connectivity across our ABA and IDD care software solutions.

The role emphasizes multi-account AWS management, Snowflake connectivity, automation, security, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-moving hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of SRE/DevOps or production infra experience with AWS.
• Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Hands-on with S3, Glue, Kinesis, PrivateLink and multi-account setups.
• Networking basics: DNS, TCP/IP, TLS, private endpoints, security groups.
• Snowflake connectivity and deployment experience.
• Scripting in Bash or Python; familiarity with CI/CD and IaC.
• Monitoring, logging, incident response, and runbook creation.
• Excellent cross-team collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment, configuration, and daily operations across AWS accounts and Linux workloads.
• Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot S3, Glue, Kinesis, PrivateLink, security groups, and networking.
• Investigate incidents and restore services quickly while preventing recurrence.
• Automate deployment and operations with versioned configurations and runbooks.
• Ensure secure Snowflake connectivity and consistent deployment processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and data teams; document procedures.
