Job summary

CentralReach is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to own reliable deployment and daily operation of cloud infrastructure and data-platform connectivity across our autism care software solutions. You will manage multiple AWS accounts, Linux workloads, S3, Glue, Kinesis, and Snowflake connectivity.

You will collaborate with application and data engineering, security, and other teams to ensure secure, available environments and reproducible deploys, with a strong focus on automation and runbooks.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of SRE/DevOps experience with hands-on AWS work.
• Strong Linux administration, networking, logs, and diagnostics.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services listed (S3, Glue, Kinesis, PrivateLink).
• Understanding of cloud networking fundamentals and service connectivity.
• Experience with Snowflake connectivity and multi-environment deployments.
• Scripting in Bash or Python; familiarity with CI/CD and IaC is desirable.
• Experience in monitoring, logging, incident troubleshooting, and runbook documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment, configuration, and daily operations across AWS accounts and Linux workloads.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with S3, Glue, Kinesis, PrivateLink, and related networking.
• Investigate incidents, restore service quickly, and prevent recurrence.
• Improve deployment and operational processes through automation and version-controlled configuration.
• Support Snowflake connectivity and deployment processes across environments.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and other teams and document procedures.
