Job summary

LevelUP HCS is seeking an experienced Product Owner - Data Platforms to lead a multi-year data modernization initiative. You will shape data products, master/reference data, and BI capabilities powering internal operations and client solutions.

You will translate business needs into user stories, work with Data Engineering and analytics teams on data pipelines, APIs, and governance, and ensure data quality, lineage, and regulatory compliance across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years as Product Owner/PM in data, analytics, technology, or financial systems.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms (data warehouses/lakes/lakehouse).
• Strong knowledge of reporting BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Understanding of ETL/ELT, APIs, data integration, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with Master Data Management and reference data.
• Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and data requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the data platforms backlog and prioritize initiatives.
• Define and evolve enterprise data products including master/reference data.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, and Finance to define reporting requirements.
• Drive data quality, governance, lineage, and controls across systems.
• Support data pipelines, APIs, and data integrations.
• Balance modernization with legacy platform transformation while maintaining reporting continuity.
