Multiple Offices - Labor & Employment Associate

Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a Labor & Employment Associate with at least 3-5 years of experience in litigating in various employment law areas. Traditional labor experience is helpful but not required. Candidates can be based in Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, or Washington, D.C. Candidates must be self-motivated, personable team players, with outstanding academic and professional credentials. They must be admitted to practice in their respective states.

This position is open to recruiting agency submissions.

Compensation and Benefits

The target annual pay range in Illinois, New York City, and Washington, D.C. is $260,000 - $350,000. Outside these locations, pay ranges will be market-specific. Actual pay varies based on experience and skillset. The total compensation package includes bonuses, comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision insurance, life, accident, and disability plans, as well as 401(k), commuter benefits, and well-being programs.
