Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a Labor & Employment Associate with at least 3-5 years of experience in litigating in various employment law areas. Traditional labor experience is helpful but not required. Candidates can be based in Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, or Washington, D.C. Candidates must be self-motivated, personable team players, and have outstanding academic and professional credentials. Candidates must be admitted to practice in their respective states. This position is open to recruiting agency submissions.
The target annual pay range in Illinois, New York City, and Washington, D.C. is $260,000 - $350,000. Outside these locations, pay ranges will be market-specific. Actual pay varies based on experience and skills. Compensation includes bonuses based on performance, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, accident, disability insurance, 401(k), commuter benefits, and well-being programs.

The New York office also has openings for a Matrimonial Associate (3-7 years) and a Real Estate Associate (3-6 years).
