Job summary

Referment is seeking a product manager to own the data infrastructure behind people analytics. You will bridge human-capital, analytics and engineering teams to shape secure data products for reporting, BI and generative-AI use cases.

This is a technical product role with depth in schemas, ETL, APIs and delivery. You will translate stakeholder needs into precise requirements and stay engaged through development, testing, rollout and ops support.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of product-management experience in data/analytics.
• Strong Excel, SQL and Python skills with collaboration across data teams.
• Working knowledge of ETL, BI infrastructure, APIs and data modelling.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Design ETL transformations and data models for scalable datasets.
• Shape an API layer centralising logic, permissions, and contracts.
• Develop product direction for NLP querying and semantic search over data.
• Collaborate with reporting, developers and data scientists to define solutions.
• Manage backlog, sprint planning and rollout across the data platform.
