• Partner with Architecture and Engineering on platform standards, reference architectures, and design patterns.
• Manage budget forecasting, cost optimization, capacity planning, and FinOps.
• Ensure security, privacy, governance, compliance, and data protection requirements.
• Drive platform adoption through documentation, onboarding, and user enablement.
• Define KPIs for reliability, performance, cost efficiency, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor emerging data technologies and recommend improvements.
• Manage multiple initiatives, dependencies, stakeholders, vendors, and priorities.

Job Summary

Seeking a Data Platform Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of enterprise data platforms and ETL/ELT capabilities. The role will work closely with Data Engineering, Architecture, Cloud, Security, Analytics, and Finance teams to ensure platforms are scalable, secure, reliable, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3 5 years of Product Management/Product Ownership experience in technology, data, analytics, or platform environments.
• Experience building data platform roadmaps and backlogs.
• Strong understanding of cloud data platforms, ETL/ELT, data governance, reliability, performance, and cost optimization.
• Agile experience with Scrum/Kanban.
• Technical knowledge of SQL, data modeling, orchestration, CI/CD, and modern data platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and prioritization skills.
