Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management, platform product, or related experience.
• Proven experience owning products through the full lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of modern data architecture, data engineering, and cloud data platforms.
• Experience with AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, Kafka/Confluent, or Flink.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience building enterprise data platforms, analytics infrastructure, or AI/ML enablement.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, metadata management, data quality, governance, integration, and platform security.
• Proven track record delivering products in complex, fast-paced enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

As part of a newly established data platform organization, this role will be instrumental in defining and delivering scalable cloud-based data products that enable self-service access, seamless integration, and enterprise-wide data capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of enterprise data platform products.
• Partner with data engineers, architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities and define product requirements.
• Lead product discovery, experimentation, and MVP development to deliver innovative data platform capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to build scalable solutions leveraging technologies such as AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, and modern data integration frameworks.
• Prioritize product roadmaps and backlogs based on business value, technical feasibility, and user feedback.
• Define KPIs, measure product performance, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision making.
• Support product adoption through enablement, training, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Help shape a growing product management function by mentoring team members and establishing best practices.
